Real Dealz 80: How To Rehab a House in the Hood

In Episode 80, Tucker takes you out in the field this week to take a look at the beginning of our latest rehab project.  Tucker has owned this property for a little less than a year and purchased it from an out of state, absentee owner.  This home was rented out for a while and is located in SE Portland, in a transitioning area that used to have a higher crime rate but is now turning the corner with new homes being built.  Tucker takes you through the house and explains what he's updating and why.  Hopefully you'll gain some knowledge on what to do and what not to do if you're trying to hit a budget on a rehab.  We hope you enjoy this episode and please leave us feedback and reviews!
