Real Dealz 309: Modern New Build Masterpiece

In Episode 309, Tucker takes you out to his latest modern new construction project that he just completed. This home was built on a large flag lot in a gentrifying area of a very desirable suburb of Portland. One of the things that makes this area challenging is few homes are on city sewer, so he was able to tap sewer with this build, giving it much more value in addition to the lot size. This was key for this project since it's hitting a much higher price point than normal in this area. Few can argue that this home turned out to be a modern masterpiece with a comfortable and functional floor plan.
