Real Dealz 62: Six Figure Rehab Deal!

In Episode 62, Tucker takes you back in the trenches with a video update of our high-end rehab deal in Lake Oswego, OR.  This is a deal that Tucker got through a probate attorney where the previous owners had to move to an elderly home.  This house was in pretty bad condition, needed a lot of work and being a split-level home, produced some additional challenges.  Tucker will show you how he reconfigured the floor plan to open it up and make it more livable.   He also goes over the numbers for this project and talks about how he will easily make a six figure profit on this deal.  We hope you enjoy this episode and please leave us feedback and reviews!
